You will need to identify a local human services system for this paper. This may be related to your current work position or where you may wish to work in the future. You may choose a human services system of any level: program, agency and organization, or network.

Write an 8–10-page paper, assessing a human services system in relation to adaptive change. In your paper:
-Include a description of the human services system, its current context practice, and projected changes in the context of practice.
-Assess the impact of these forecasts on the system.
-Assess the system’s ability and receptivity to change.

-Analyze a human services system’s potential for change and adaptation.
-Describe forecasted trends in policy, economics, culture, or demographics.
-Project how forecasted trends may impact a human services system and delivery of its services.
