Unit 6 Discussion Peer Responses
As the Production Department manager, you are tasked by the Operations Manager to prepare an overall Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) as well as a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the identification of the causes of the quality issues.
Complete one peer response per document attached to this order which will equal to two peer responses. One per page.
It is important to become comfortable receiving and giving constructive criticisms, since this is an important component in one’s professional growth and development and a core competency for leaders.
Read the initial posting of at least TWO peers (each peer response should be a page), and then provide thoughtful comments addressing the following:
1. Point out what you perceived to be the strengths of the initial posting along with supporting rationale.
