SWOT analysis
The company in question is about Activison Blizzard.
You will prepare a SWOT analysis using the company you analyzed in the Unit 1 Assignment for this assignment. As a reminder, your company’s strengths and weaknesses are internal, issues you have control over and can modify. Opportunities and threats are external; matters going on outside your company, in the larger global market.
For Unit 2 you had an assignment outline (remember to NOT use the templates) to guide you through completing a SWOT and detailing an analysis of your chosen company.
Include in the SWOT analysis table or in the document a listing of at least one strength, one weakness, one opportunity, and one threat, and a descriptive overview of the company that supports the SWOT.
Format requirement minimums were at least one external source from the university library and the mandatory APA format of a title page, company overview, SWOT analysis table, and reference list. Minimum length: two double-spaced pages (including the SWOT table — the table should not be more than 1/2 page in length).
