Propose a business case topic and defend it.
In this discussion topic, you are invited to propose a topic for a business case you would like to write some day, and defend it.
Take the following steps:
Step 1: Select a Company that you are very familiar with.
Step 2: Think of one of the three themes related to a player, a decision, or an organizational problem you would like to focus on.
(1) Do you have a particular player dealing with an interesting situation?
(2) Can you think of a key executive decision that made the company successful or led it into bankruptcy?
(3) Is there a specific organizational problem or issue that the company dealt with and needed restructuring?
In other words, bear in mind the following three key words: player, decision, structure.
