Assessment
In this assignment, you will identify and describe federal and local community resources for the prevention and treatment of substance use. This assignment contains two parts:
Part One: Resource Directory
Identify two federal and five local community resources for addiction and substance use. Create a table of the seven resources that will serve as an information directory. Include the following for each resource:
Resource name and description
Contact information (address, phone number, website, etc.)
Services offered
For the resource directory, APA style is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
Part Two: Impact of the Resources
Write a paper of 500-750 words evaluating the impact that the federal and community resources listed in your directory have in the prevention and the success of addiction and substance use disorders treatment.
Include a minimum of four scholarly references in addition to the textbook in the assignment.
