Using the same professional or personal area you chose for the mid-summative assessment in Module 03, choose at least one concept from Modules 04, 05, and 06 and briefly explain how these concepts might be useful in improving your communication in that area.
Using the same examples from the mid-summative assessment, if you currently work as a hairstylist, discuss the importance of intercultural communication in your job (Module 04) because your clients may vary in age, gender, race, and ethnicity.
Explain how using some of the visual techniques like contrast or exaggeration of scale (Module 05) could be used on posters displayed in the shop in order to grab the customer’s attention and encourage them to try new hair styles.
Lastly, you could use the pathos strategies (Module 06) of idol to get the clients to purchase specific hair products or virtue to encourage them to donate their hair to “Locks of Love.”
