Interview 3 Nurse Executives – Chief Nurses requested, in some cases the interview may be with a leader at an Administrative Director Level, depending on the type of Health Care Organization students complete the interview.
Obtain permission from your Clinical Instructor, if your interviewee is not an executive – Chief Nursing Officer or Vice President with nursing reporting in a Health Care Organization.
The minimal level of leader for the interview is a leader with the title of Nursing Director. The interview is expected to occur face to face – which may be in person or a Zoom-type format. In your report, include names and credentials. Correlate assessment and analysis of the literature in sections B, C, D, E.
