In this changing world, all health care organizations are exposed to forces that are wider and beyond their control. Factors like economic, competitive technological, demographic, political and cultural issues are an assessment of the environment for the organization. External analysis to determine the challenges and potential benefits and development opportunities within the organization. A mistake happened (Bush, 2019). Several external factors affect the hospital and research centre at King Faisal in this case (KFH&RC).
Political
Government aspects play an important role in external analysis; tax policy changes issued by the government affects King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. Insurance mandates, tax legislation changes and consumer protection and change healthcare bills and plan of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (Perunovic, Dunk & Aylott, 2017).
Economical
All the economic factors which include inflations, unemployment and interest rates affect King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre as perspectives of people spending their money. It should use a Data lake to consolidates all structured and unstructured data, data lake will help a medical institution to can save data as it is without transforming them into structured data, it can be used for various types of data analysis, and it will be able to defeat their peers. It will significantly help organisations to respond to a better opportunity and growth of an organisation (Ashmore, 2019).

If I understand correctly, you argue that KFH&RC will be able to sustain itself in terms of focusing on technology and data analysis? Do you think that this will be enough for it to survive given the political context described in the complex KFH&RC case study? If so, why? Or why not? Are there other challenges that they may face that cannot be solved by data analysis?
