ACCESS TO ARENA SIMULATION IS REQUIRED.
Require an excel file as well as the 3000 word report and an arena simulation file to be uploaded.
Choose a manufacturing company such as Toyota or Samsung or others and show the supply chain of that company showing the manufacturers suppliers factories etc.
Identify a problem within that supply chain such as transportation cost or other then you are required to research data an use linear programming in excel to solve that problem.
Use the arena simulation program and be able to gather data and implement it into the simulation. attached are PowerPoint presentations on both linear programming and arena simulation to help guide you on what is expected. in the report.
