Social issue
Select a social issue about which you are passionate and create a new original artwork designed to persuade someone to your way of thinking.
Address any issue in any media (sculpture, painting, etc.) (note: Photography is allowed, but a photograph of someone else’s act of protest will be given zero credit.) You will not be judged on your opinions.
This assignment will be assessed on how much thought went into using the visual modes of communication (elements and principles) you have learned in this class to communicate your opinion.
Turn in ONE word document with an inserted picture of your artwork and a short paragraph (100 – 200 words) that notes how you used THREE elements and/or principles of art – printed in BOLD.
