Each student will individually describe a small to medium sized business or non-profit organisation and apply theories of Organizational Behaviour to that organization.
In the past, students chose a restaurant, fashion boutique, hotel, gym, web-design agency, etc. for this purpose.
Your task is to describe theories that we have learnt in class, from the lecture, from workshops or from the textbook and show how their application affects that organization.
