The Business Cycle
Directions: Write a short essay on where you think the US Economy currently is in the business cycle, and what you think the appropriate government fiscal and monetary policies are at this point in the cycle.
Your essay should include a graph that shows aggregate demand, long–run aggregate supply and short run aggregate supply, as well as a graph of the business cycle showing expansions, contractions and a plot of the point where you believe we currently are in the cycle.
Essays: Essays should be 1–2 pages single spaced not including any graphs or images. Traditional organization is expected: introduction, body, conclusion, and works cited.
You are required to use at least one additional source of your choice (such as an internet article) and cite all resources accurately using APA format.
