Within the rationale, a structure suggestion would be
1. Introduction – Briefly describe your client’s scenario and then why and what he can do to improve their components of fitness, the “WHY “se needs to exercise for health and/or fitness, introduce/explain the negative health conditions that he is trying to prevent?
2. Rationale– Explain your exercise choices, why and how should the progression you implemented encourage adaptation and muscle balance. Describes and explain how the activities progression from week 1 to 6 and why do the components of the session in relation to what’s happening to your client’s body. For example “what effect does a warm up have on the body ? “.
3. Conclusion – Brief summary of how you can proceed with your client after this training period, suggestions, limitations, continuing benefits to health and lifestyle.
