As a nation, health equity does not exist among many racial and ethnic groups, leading to the presence of health disparities. Health disparities are differences in health outcomes, commonly associated with socioeconomic and environmental disadvantage, which are often driven by social conditions.

Articulate the responsibilities, goals, and objectives of these key public stakeholders in regards to health disparities.
Describe how knowledge, skill, attitude, socioeconomic environment, and culture affect health disparities. (3-4 pages)
