Challenging Leadership Experience
All assignments need to include a title page, an introduction (explaining the purpose of the paper), and a conclusion (sharing the main findings and conclusions), approximately ¼ page each. Remember to include a properly formatted reference list in APA 7th edition (student version). (These instructions do not apply to the assessment exercise.)
Briefly describe a challenging leadership experience that you have had. Use details from your experience to:
Write a five-to-six-page double-spaced analysis (excluding title page and reference
page) that:
Uses concepts from lessons 1 and 2 to explain factors that may have contributed to the difficulties; and
Reflects upon other approaches that could have been taken to avoid such challenges given what you have learned during the first two weeks of the course; and
Includes a proper introduction (with statement) and conclusion.
Your analysis must include references to Daft Chapters 1 and 2, as well as at least
one peer-reviewed academic reference from the UFred library.
