The work is based on the articles given in the brief attached as Appendix 1 and 2.The articles are available as a separate document for easier accessibility and understanding. The work must be referenced properly, using the Harvard citations, and each paragraph must have at least 4 citations, preferably more. The citations must be done properly, including them in the paragraph itself as well as at the end of the essay under the references title.
Important aspects to include are demonstration of knowledge about Organisational Behaviour (OB) theory and research and applying OB knowledge to analyse the causes of behaviour in the workplace at an individual, team and organisational level.
King and Lawley 2016 must be one of the main references, as well as Mintzberg 1985. Other references could be based on the research of topics falling under each question, but they must be from the articles, journals, books and other strong references.
