Title page Your report title, SID and Name, Unit code, word count and assignment 1.
Executive summary 150 to 200 words summary of the report (not part of the word count)
Introduction Short 200 words: setting scene, background of the company of your choice, the purpose of the report, signposting what is expected in the report.
Must have in-text-citation in Harvard format
Analysis 1400 words- very detailed critical analysis of the case company demonstrating your understanding of theory into practice.
In this section ensure to critically discuss the identified problem (for comprehensive analysis identify 3 problems) using theory link Human Capital theory and Dynamic Capabilities theory and the AMO model.
The problems identified must relate to HRM topics discussed such as workforce/HR planning, job analysis/job description and job design/ recruitment/selection and ethical relevant to HRM
Proper sections, use headers maybe around the problems identified.
You can use diagrams, pictures, tables to explain you point all labelled and referenced.
The analysis must be fully supported by in-text-citation in Harvard format.
Conclusion 200 word- Your conclusion must be convincing, which fully summarizes your discussions. All the main point discussed must be summaries around the purpose of the report from your analysis of theory into practices.
No new information should be presented in the conclusion section.
Recommendation 200 words- make recommendation for improvement based on your conclusion in details. This can solutions to the problems identified.
Recommendation must be fully feasible and justify understanding costing, technology, time scale, who is implementing the recommendation and any further implication it will have on the organization.
Do not just provide a list of recommendations.
