Citing sources means giving information about where an idea came from; for example, naming the author, work, and page that you’re quoting. You must cite your sources for any words, facts, ideas, or statistics in your paper that aren’t yours. When in doubt, cite.

Providing proper care and improving patient outcomes, nurses must collaborate with members of other health professions. In 2010, the World Health Organization supported interprofessional education, to strengthen global healthcare, students must learn with, from, and about members of other health professions (Jakubowski & Perron, 2018). When I was the Director of Nursing Education, the nursing program, EMS program, criminal justice, and MA program all worked together on mock scenario day. The students loved working with the other disciplines.
