For the assignment, please find a current event or research article that addresses a topic pertaining to this class. Then, write a 3 page, double-spaced paper regarding why/how that current event or article adds to or addresses what we have learned in the class this semester. Current events need to be from reputable sources, like the NY Times or Huffington Post. Research articles should be recent (last 5 years) and be from scholarly journals.
The paper should be 3 FULL pages, double spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman font and written in APA format. Briefly describe the current event or article, and then discuss how the topic is relevant to the class and what specific class material/concepts it pertains to. You must include a Reference page that has a hyperlink/URL that links directly to the article. You must also cite course material (lecture and/or textbook) to evidence how this current event is relevant to the course.
