The elements are the things within the main categories—such as Power motivation as an element of Motivation.) Write an analytic essay of roughly 3-6 single-spaced pages addressing the following questions. You MUST address BOTH questions.
1. Were there elements of the analytic template for which your data were ambiguous in terms of making a final assessment? Pick two of these elements, at least one of which you ultimately did assess in the profile. What made the data for these two elements ambiguous? And, for the element(s) you finally did assess, what enabled you to make the assessment? Note that ambiguity means that two or more assessments are logical, not that there is not enough data to make an assessment.
2. If you could have generated data for all the elements in the analytic framework, which two would have been the most useful for influencing your leader? Why?
