For this assignment, you will review the material in the Required Unit Resources section of this unit and conduct a case study of the civil rights issues presented in Ricci v. DeStefano. You may need to do additional research on the case and the ruling.
In your case study, you will analyze the case and subsequent ruling and relate the implications of the case to your fire department administration and leadership.

Assess the applicability of the ruling in fire services administration leadership decisions in your fire department.
