Instructions:
– You are required to accomplish your work in groups of maximum 4 students in each group.
– The Project consists of 4 Sections (Written Report) and Oral Presentation (with PowerPoint) to defend your work.
– References at the end of the Project Report are must.
– The required phases should be documented in a report using MS-Word (Times New Roman/ Calibri Body – Font 12 with 1.5 line spacing)
– The report should not exceed 10-12 pages.
– The Soft copy of the (Report Word + PowerPoint Presentation) should be uploaded to the Turnitin Moodle Website (https://lms.ectmoodle.ae).
– The deadline to submit your Project is 15/05/2021.
Sections of the Project.
Section 1- E-Business Approach:
– Choose a real E-Business Company/Firm/Organization for the project.
– Give a brief overview about the company’s approach to E-Business and its management.
Section 2- E-Business Environment and Model:
– Identify the elements of E-Business environment in which the company is doing business/operating.
– Provide the company’s E-Business Model.
Section 3- E-Business Infrastructure and SCM:
– Outline the hardware and software technologies used to build the chosen company’s e-business infrastructure.
– Describe the Supply Chain Management of the company.
Section 4: E-Marketing and CRM:
– Discuss how this company creates a visibility for itself and markets its products/services.
– What strategies do the company adopt to acquire its customers, retain them, and maintain relationship with them.
Oral Presentation with PowerPoint
Each student should present his/her work in front of his/her classmates. The evaluation of the presentation shall be based upon:
– Accuracy of the presentation (Content of Written Report Discussion)
– Presentation skills (confidence, clarity of speech, way of explanation etc.)
– Quality of discussion (subject knowledge, response to questions put forth by examiner and classmates).
