After getting approval for your Nutrition Project Idea (see form in previous module), write a 3-4 page paper on the nutritional status/concerns of the target population of your project, citing academic literature (selected chapters in your text such as the 8-11 or cultural descriptions in chapter 5 PLUS peer-reviewed publications from the library).

The purpose of this exercise is to support / provide rationale for your community research project.

At the same time, identify an organization that serves your population of interest and reach out to the leadership of that group, requesting the opportunity to conduct your project.

Use 12 point font and one inch margins. Use AMA citation style throughout. Examples of AMA format are found at this link. Do not plagiarize. Grammar, spelling, AMA format and scholarly writing must be demonstrated.
