Identify and include other terms that are used interchangeably with ‘ cultural proficiency’
Explain why cultural proficiency on its own cannot address the issues of health disparities or social determinants of health within a health care organization
Examine the benefits of implementing programs to address cultural competency proficiency within a health care organization.
Provide two (2) examples of the types of programs that can be used to address cultural competency.
Determine the cost to the organization of not implementing these types of programs
