Discuss in depth, the assessment and management of ONE specific patient problem that you have encountered whilst caring for a Level two patient.
Ideally you should chose someone with either a respiratory, cardiovascular or neurological problem.
You will also need to critically evaluate your learning through caring for this patient, develop an action plan for your future learning needs and make suggestions for your practice development.
