Wellness Program
In this part of the project, an evidence-based population wellness program will be developed for implementation based on the population assessment performed in the first part of this assignment in Module 2. The wellness program and an implementation plan will be developed.
Provide:
1. A description of the wellness program you will implement to meet the health needs identified as a priority in the prior population assessment presentation (from Module 2).
2. A minimum of 7 literature citations supporting this wellness program as a viable option for this problem in this population.
3. A plan on how you will implement this new program.
4. An internal marketing and sustainability plan on how this program can continue once implemented.
