Concert Report #3
You must attend 1 solo concert, 1 chamber music concert, and 1 large ensemble concert.
Solo recital: Instrumental or vocalist with typically piano accompaniment. These concerts usually take place in the Snow Fine Arts building recital hall
Chamber music concert: A medium number of performers, typically 3-15. String Quartets, faculty chamber music concerts, percussion ensemble, etc.
Large Ensemble Concert: Wind Ensemble, Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Band, Concert Choir
Make sure that on your review you include your name, course cumber whether you attended a solo, chamber, or large ensemble concert.
For each piece on the concert you attend:
Make 4 reflective statements about what you liked or didn’t like about the individual pieces on the program and why(This may be bullet points)
A piece of music may have multiple movements indicated by roman numerals or qualifying tempo markings. Below is an example you might encounter.
