Research the internet to find information on project management and the following questions:
1. What is a project and why would somebody need one?
2. What are the knowledge areas of the project management? Briefly discuss each area.
3. What is the triple constraint of a project and how is it related to the success of a project ?
· Use the Internet (search engines and online repositories) to locate academic sources such as textbooks, journals, articles, conference proceedings on Project Management necessary to complete the assignment.
The research must be no less than 6 pages excluding the Title page and References. A minimum of eight (8) sources is required.
