ASSIGNMENT
Ethnography is when you take real life interviews and experiences and utilize theater conventions to create a unique piece of theater. Fires in the Mirror is a performance based on a series of interviews regarding the Crown Heights Conflict that took place in Brooklyn in 1991, just five months after the Rodney King Riots in Los Angeles.
In this assignment, you will view Documentary Theatre, create character analyses, satisfying CSET standards for making judgments on dramatic works.
