In hospitalized patients, does implementing a no stable patient transfer time zone forty five minutes before change of shift, lead to increased patient safety and outcomes compared to patients who are transferred at change of shift?
Conduct a search of 2 sites that provide systematic reviews or guidelines-either CINAHL or MEDLINE to determine if your PICO question has already been asked and answered:
If your PICO question has been answered discuss what you learned (i.e. what the answer to your question is) and how this knowledge will change your nursing practice.
If your question has not been answered conduct a CINAHL search to find one piece of evidence related to your question. Discuss what you learned from the evidence as it relates to your PICO question. Suggest an area of further nursing research that would help answer your PICO question.
