Course Objective for Assignment:
Evaluate technology solutions in the health care industry to improve the quality of care, safety, and financial management decisions
In this assignment you would conduct the Internet search and list five (5) health information technology applications and their functions.
Develop a table describing the applications in details with respect to their use in healthcare organizations; their role in making healthcare management more efficient; list downside of their use for the staff and patients, if any.
Explain what can be done to improve the user experience (1-2 points per technology type).
Make sure to clearly identify the row and column labeling. Fill in the table using complete sentences, bullet points and credible evidence formatted to APA 7.
