In reading this document, you will research how COVID-19 impacts the U.S. and one other country, making sure to gather information that can help you answer the questions listed below.
Now, write a 500-750 word paper responding to the following questions.
How does Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Number Two (Zero Hunger) fit with your understanding of development from the course material?
How does COVID-19 impact food security in the two countries you have researched? How do the problems of access differ between your two countries?
How do the similarities and differences in food security and food access in these two countries impact the way you think about development?
