Make sure you focus on rules/restrictions within the prisons, accommodations, sentencing, treatment programs, etc. Be sure to really explore each system in depth so you demonstrate your understanding of each and the similarities and differences.

Also, conclude with explaining why the juvenile system is designed the way it is and how it is, or is not, meeting the needs of juvenile delinquents. You should include at least two outside resources to support your own ideas and explanations.
