Focus on explaining the models of practice that underpin equality, diversion, and inclusion in your own area of responsibility.
You should first explain each of the following regulations: The Human Rights Act 1995, and The Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Then you should move onto explaining how these regulations each underpin the different models used within your workplace.
Focus your work for 1.2 on identifying barriers that affect equality and inclusion, and analysing these thoroughly.
