Creating Organization Design
In the previous chapters, you began the process of creating your own hypothetical human service program. Now organize your program by addressing the following questions. Respond in a minimum of 3 paragraphs of 5-8 sentences each.

1. How should your departments work be departmentalized. What would those departments be?
2. How should the work be divided among departments. Describe this. You can insert an optional organizational chart.
