Identify a career goal within the hospitality industry – and then the paper should be an informative essay written in third person perspective to describe the career path a person would take from entry level to eventually obtain that goal career position.
Define the skills, education, and experience a person would need to obtain an entry level position in the industry – perhaps a front desk employee. Include a job listing or description that supports the requirements identified.
Then, describe what that person would learn or gain that would help them advance to the next position, also supported with industry sources.
Work through that and describe each position that would eventually lead the candidate to be qualified to obtain that goal position.
