Using what you learned in the Linkedin Learning Course “Managing Virtual Teams” by Phil Gold and your readings, present some of the challenges and key points a leader should consider in managing and motivating remote workers.
Select and briefly describe your current or prior organization in which a virtual team was in used. If you do not have this experience, describe a virtual team that you can imagine as possible in your organization. Include the following: the organization’s name, products or services, the structure of the virtual team, the purpose or goals of the team.
Describe how the virtual team was managed and compare or contrast to the best practices described in the Linkedin Course and/or your response to #1.
