1. John and Robert, members of a company’s inspection and validation department, have a conflict on how to run a particular process. John wants to keep the process as is, as he sees no problem in how it is currently run. Robert wants to make significant changes to the process. On his own time, he has done painstaking research on building better efficiency into the process. He would like some resources to show that the changes would greatly benefit the company. John is an intimidating fellow, capable of angry outbursts at any moment. Robert is a sensitive man whose feelings are easily hurt if he receives criticism.
