With this information, analyze the specific performance system proposed by Annette and Nicole and its strengths and weaknesses given the environment of Throwback Brewery and its owners’ business and cultural goals. As your action plan, what modifications do you propose to the appraisal process before it takes effect?
Despite the recommendations you made in Q1, Annette and Nicole have decided to go forward with the appraisal system exactly as presented in the case study. Identify and summarize one or more concepts from course Week 12, 13, or 15 that is especially relevant to gaining maximum acceptance and effectiveness from the new system. Analyze how the use of your chosen concept(s) can improve the prospects of a successful rollout, then create an action plan for rollout that is well supported by your analysis.
