Golden Acres is a 72-unit assisted living community located in a remote suburb. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the organization is concerned about the drastic amount of overtime that was used in the previous quarter. As the Director you are aware of the five part-time caregiver positions that are open. The full-time Registered Nurse also gave his notice to work for a competitor for more pay.
