Describe the assessment findings from this visit today. Are there any findings.

Describe the treatment that was given today for this patient. How does this treatment differ in the home or clinic setting vs the hospital setting?
List the medications (any form) used during this visit. Provide the use of the medication during the visit and why?
Describe any procedures observed today (ie. Wound care, PICC line dressing change, IV restart, etc) Is this type of procedure something the patient or family can be taught? If so,did you observe teaching from the nurse?
Describe any psychosocial that could impact the patient or family as a result of the illness/injury and the need for the outpatient services. Identify one nursing diagnosis appropriate for the psychosocial impact.
