Doctoral Dialogue 6 – Change Management Reflection
Synopsis
Through reflection, you potentially can transform experiences from mundane, meaningless activities to deep, meaningful learning.
Tasks
Reflect on the discussions, interactions, readings, and practices you have experienced during this course. Ask yourself questions such as:
What have you learned about change management during this course?
What memorable (“ah-ha”) moments did you experience?
What is still unclear to you that you need to research further or continue to work on?
What did you contribute that made a difference to the learning of others?
In what ways will you apply what you have learned to the remainder of your courses and to your personal or professional growth?
What actions do you need to take to continue your learning in the area of change management addressed in this course?
What academic behaviors do you need to change to improve your learning experiences during the remainder of your courses?
By Wednesday of this module, post your reflection for this dialogue.
By Friday, review all posts and respond to at least three of your peers’ posts:
Provide constructive feedback to your peers as well as pose questions that can generate deeper thought on your peers’ topics.
Be sure to respond to any questions your peers ask you as well as their insight and feedback in a follow up post explaining whether you agree or disagree with their feedback and your justification.
