Gendered organizational communication
This chapter obviously builds on the prior one about gendered organizational communication. Examine the disparities between how men and women are treated/viewed by society at large and how they communicate with one another or attempt to express their opinions.
Another question to consider is this: due to their “marginalized” status, do women (in this instance, female reporters) feel the need to be “on the attack” rather than simply playing their prescribed passive role as interviewers or purveyo] or information/opinion.
