Oversee organizational development and talent programs for +11K employee company. Manage a team of 25 specialists. Serves as senior liaison and advisor to the organization’s leadership and strategizes training and development initiatives across the organization. Directs the needs assessment for diversity equity and inclusion training, leadership development, and staff development.
Design and develop organizational development training programs for management and employees.
Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans. Review evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments.
Make assessments of the effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.
Conduct assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
