Distinguish among examples of public opinion and political behavior in which there are and are not gender gaps
Recognize the ways that the media influences public opinion
Recognize differences in media coverage of female and male candidates
Identify the ways political parties and advocacy groups recruit candidates and influence voters
Identify the historical waves of women running for elected office
Recognize the multifaceted nature of political representation.
Explain pathways of ambition and related gender differences
Describe experiences of various women candidates
