Case scenario; As part of the FoW Worker element of the project, you need to identify the different worker typologies and different types of tasks carried out in different roles to be able to identify the correct level of support needed to move forward. Having the support of Keele University and additional resource will help develop this further and more quickly. Additionally, having individuals with limited business experience will allow the problem identified to be approached from a fresh perspective without preconceived ideas, allowing for a broader and more thorough investigative piece that can then be picked up by the FoW team and developed into tangible offerings for colleagues.
Deliver a written report (exact format tbc) outlining the findings: how task, individual, role, seniority, and level of experience impact where the work needs to be completed. Produce a list of recommendations.
