One approach that I identified with completing this assignment is the involvement of the staff with discussion making, implementation and feedback regarding to programs, policies, and procedures. The staff should be part of the interdisciplinary team with helping with the growth and development of the facility. According to Medeiros, the involvement of staff to be informed of outcomes is essential for them to know how they are doing and if they should implement changes or improvements on processes that have been implemented (Medeiros 2020).
