Reflect on a clinical experience from your current practicum and utilize the LEARN format to formulate your reflective thoughts. Since you will be submitting clinical reflective journals for your practicum, use this reflection to fill in your weekly reflective journal.
Reflect on a recent experience that you have had in your practicum setting
Choose an experience that has sparked your spirit of inquiry, an experience that caused some uncertainty, or an experience that you found difficult
Expand on your reflection using the LEARN format for reflection
You must use at least 2 relevant pieces of evidence to support your Analysis of the outcome (in the “A” section of the note).
