Look for people who demonstrate the type of leader that you want to become. If you are planning to go into HR, choose HR leaders. Identify the primary leadership style that each of them demonstrate with examples. Explain what you hope to emulate or learn from that leader (i.e. why you chose them).

Provide at least one paragraph for each leader.

Discuss your personality, career goals, and the leadership style that makes sense for you.Include a summary of your personality test results and what those results said about the type of leadership that would make sense for you.

Explain why that style makes sense based on your personality, career goals, and current skills.

Identify three of your signature strengths.

Discuss what you can do to magnify those strengths.

Identify at least one specific area where you need to improve.

Ask for feedback or help from a trusted friend or mentor to identify any fatal flaws (from chapter 7).

Provide specific actions that you can take to grow as a leader in those areas.

List two lessons or takeaways from this class that you can apply to developing your own workplace leadership skills in your current or future industry. Explain.
