Right Speech is one aspect of the 8 Fold Path. It alone can be used to shape our world. In this exercise, I’m looking for you to simply use 1 version of how it can be used.
Right Speech instructions: spend 1 day having “Right Speech”. This means: being truthful, not engaging in gossip, speaking in positive ways in all things, do not speak things that can cause harm to others. This includes sign language one might use while driving. Even when you are alone or thinking to yourself, it has to cause no harm/be positive.
